At Arpiro, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.

🔁 Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Note: Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

💰 Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Free Shipping Adjustment: If your original order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost incurred by Arpiro will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Calculation: Refund Amount = Product Price – Applicable Shipping Costs

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are ineligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom-made or personalized/bespoke products.

🔄 Exchanges

The most efficient way to receive a replacement is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.

  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our approval notification, please reach out to us at arpiro.in@gmail.com.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Liability: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Condition: Refunds are only processed after a successful inspection of the returned item at our facility. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
