  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within 4–5 business days.

  • Operating Schedule: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • High Volume: In rare cases of high order volume, slight delays may occur. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay in processing your order.

❗ Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship the item, but the additional shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of both the damaged product and the packaging for our review.
